Production:

In addition to international standards, internal regulations of Fassbel Company have also been carefully considered and respected during purchase of equipment and erection of production space.

Production area consists of formulation and packaging sections:

In Formulation section, in addition to total respect of hygienic principles, special measures have been taken to ensure that final product is completely safe and without any bacterial contamination.

Most efficient and advanced mixers available in the world have been used for the more admixtures of raw materials and full homogeneity of the product.

Cutting edge packing equipment is installed in packaging section. This area is constructed on fully hygienic basis with smooth and furbished walls.

A magnet instrument is placed before final stage on the route of the powder and absorbs very small particles of iron, probably created due to abrasion of mixers vessels.

Packing machines fill aluminum sachets with neutral N2 and Co2 gases in order to minimize the oxygen content and avoid premature oxidation of product. Although permitted oxygen content in sachets is supposed to be under 3%, but the remaining oxygen content in Biomil packs, is always below 1% due to high efficiency of sachet filling machine, therefore quality and durability of the product is guaranteed for 3 years. However, expiry date has been determined to be 2 years for more reliability.

 

Warehouses:
- Sensitive raw materials (temperature in this warehouse is maintained at 15C-18 C throughout the year).
- Ordinary materials.
- Packed materials.
- Quarantine
- Finished products


Laboratory:

Considering the high sensitivity of the product, quality control laboratory consists of a chemical and  a bacterial sections and examines the product carefully in two stages as follows:

1- In process control: Product is never packed before passing this test.

2- Chemical and bacterial tests are carried out on all series of products after production with no exception. Furthermore, Oxygen content test of sachets is repeated after one week of storage of the product in quarantine and exit permit of the product is issued, only after complete soundness of the product is ensured. QC laboratory is also responsible for supervision on safety and cleanness of work environment and health of production personnel and takes samples from production areas and personnel in regular intervals. In some cases, other local or foreign laboratories are called for help and evaluate its working methods and results.

This factory has now met all of its targets in terms of self sufficiency, job creation and technology transfer and looks forward to expand its activities and presence in regional markets through export.
