Production:
Production of APIs in this
factory is made in two separate
steroid and non-steroid
sections. Due to the diversity of
products, this company is
equipped with adequate
laboratory, production
facilities and special
warehouses for storage of
products. That is why it is
considered as one of the best
API production factories in its
kind in Iran.
Since some of the products are
used in different forms such as
tablet, suspension etc and
taking into consideration the
importance of particle form of
API for pharmaceutical
companies, production line is
able to produce desired API in
different particle sizes, using
various micronizer units.
The factory is equipped with
various steel and glass line
reactors. These reactors and
their accessories such as
filters, centrifuges and dryers
are used depending on the type and
technology of production.
With a view to accurate
execution of G.M.P and in
addition to regular bathing of
production people and use of
airlock (change of shoes, hat
and overall), production line is
equipped with powerful air vents
which prevent any potential
contamination of products.
Warehouse:
For the purpose of maintaining
the quality and optimization of
warehousing methods, different
warehouses for storage of
intermediate materials and
finished materials have been
constructed. Depending on
requirements and the nature of each
product, either ordinary
warehouses with 25 C or even
cold warehouses (4-8 C) are
used.
Laboratory:
Laboratory is one of the best
laboratories existing in API
production industry due to its
experienced specialists and
various precision instruments
for qualitative and quantitative
verification and measurement.
Therefore, the final product,
under careful supervision of
the laboratory, is hundred percent
reliable. It shall be noted that
our products are compatible with B.P and/or U.S.P standards.
Environmental activities:
Behdaashtkar Company has
recently taken a positive step
toward a better environment by
using a sewage treatment system
as one of the first chemical
production factories using such
systems.
